Adil is the Managing Partner of Daoui & Benfatah, he has extensive experience in corporate law, civil law, commercial law, and labor law, more generally, in business law.

Adil has extensive experience in all aspects of industrial projects and business development, as well as commercial contracts and project support at the national level.

Adil has participated in large-scale transactions and regularly advises leading clients on their transactions and business activities in Morocco.

Adil has a rich and diversified academic profile, based on an international training in civil law and common law punctuated by two masters in international business law, he is a graduate of the following universities:
